GENERAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments are currently only available to Canada. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.

 

MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Please ensure that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. Should your shipment incur any damages or defects, please contact our customer service team (orders@foragerhealdsburg.com) for assistance within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.
