On one side, you’ll find ultra-thin end-grain walnut—renowned for its natural beauty and knife-friendly surface. It’s self-healing, gentle on blades, and designed to withstand years of use while resisting deep cuts.

Flip it, and the other side reveals a recycled paper composite surface with a built-in juice groove, ideal for raw meats, aromatic ingredients, and easy cleanup. This duality gives you true versatility—prep delicate produce and proteins without switching boards.

At just 0.75″ thick, it’s the thinnest end-grain board on the market, making it easy to handle and simple to store—without sacrificing the heft or stability that serious cooking demands. How do I return or exchange an item?

Forager is committed to providing the highest quality customer service and offering products you will use and love forever. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we’re always here to help. If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days from receipt of product. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Please note customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.  We suggest you use sufficient care and materials to ensure your returned item arrives undamaged and in its original condition. We do not assume responsibility for returned items that arrive damaged. Once items are received by Forager, refunds are credited to the original form of payment and funds are typically available within 2-3 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders shipping domestic are processed within 48-36 hours for in-stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

What if I select store pickup?

Orders marked as Store Pickup at checkout can be picked up at Forager within 24 hours, given that all items are in stock. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email from Forager stating that your item is ready for pickup. Our store location for pickup is 310 Center Street, Healdsburg, CA.

Do you use recycled materials in your shipping?

Forager is committed to repurposing shipping boxes and materials whenever possible. Thank you for understanding that the box and shipping materials you receive may have already served one or more shipping cycles but it’s getting your chosen item to you in grand sustainable style.
